It the aforementioned mayhem isn't enough for you, you can perform a surgery in a moving, swerving ambulance (for some reason). A delicate touch is required, because piercing the body will cause it to bleed out, and if you're not careful, the rate of bleeding can get very fast and cause you to fail your surgery. Other than the obstacle of dexterity, you're just trying to get to the organ in question any way you can and remove it or replace it.
The fun part is that you're going to be clumsy as all hell, knocking beakers over, accidentally injecting yourself with syringes, etc. Surgeon Simulator is a tongue-and-cheek "simulator" of performing surgery, in which you literally control each finger on each hand and are expected to perform surgeries on patients, using a variety of both normal and ridiculous surgical instruments. It's more like Surgeon Simulator, in which each finger needs to independently and delicately curve, retract, and extend at the precise moment. You can't just click on a scalpel and a body location in real life. It's more like Surgeon Simulator, in which Surgery is hard.
